ONE SIZE DOES NOT FIT ALL

Where is it written that people of all fields of life all must use the same cookie-cutter approach to job search? Is there a ten commandments to job search? But if you’re one in 50, AND you are the best one for the job, you are going to get noticed. So how do you get to be one in 50? With the Third Option.
